Refund Policy
A Refund will be issued:
1. If an instructor fails to appear at a scheduled time or place of any seminar;
2. If any scheduled seminar start is delayed more than 15 minutes;
3. If applicant, at time and place of seminar, immediately requests a refund and leaves the premises prior to the start of any seminar;
4. Refunds will be returned to applicant within 30 business days from any event set forth in (1) through (3) above.
5. With the exception of events set forth in (1) through (3) above, there will be a $30 administrative fee for cancellations.
6. However, there will be NO REFUNDS once the class has started and the applicant has not requested a refund. Refunds will not be made for late arrivals.
